Longer-Term Pricing on this home depends on your use and the number of people you will be bringing. Tenancies over 3 months are negotiable and we are flexible with payment arrangements to meet your timeline.
- Payments are 30 days in advance each month with one month’s deposit and first month’s payment due to start.
- In most cases, we will try to avoid pets for your tenancy, but speak with me if you are interested.
