Lynchburg is located in the Central Virginia Region at the Foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and close to the Sparkling Waters of the Historic James River and Smith Mountain Lake. Longer-Term Pricing on this home depends on your use and the number of people you will be bringing. Tenancies over 3 months are negotiable and we are flexible with payment arrangements to meet your timeline.
- Payments are 30 days in advance each month with one month’s deposit and first month’s payment due to start.
- In most cases, we will try to avoid pets for your tenancy, but speak with me if you are interested.
